Neemboo ya khattee cheejen kha rahe hain to ek ghante tak doodh lene se bachen. inhen saath khaane par esiditee, gais kee samasya ho sakatee hai.

दही
Doodh aur dahee se banee cheejen ek hee vakt mein na khaen. inhen saath khaane par esiditee, gais, ultee aur apach kee samasya ho sakatee hai.
